Another start of the week has ended ...

So today was the first of the holiday parties that I'm attending this week. I have a total of 5 parties, 4 holiday parties and one happy hour. It sure will be one busy week .

Anyway, so the commute today wasn't as bad as I thought it will be. Of course, I had to manage my way towards my civic without slipping because of some portions of the driveway was ice up. The landlord didn't really clean the driveway thoroughly and surely was though heading out. Even my car lost some traction when I managed to back up and head towards the street. Anyway, after that it was smoothly sailing until I got to work, where they were still busying cleaning up the sidewalks and the roadway.

Work wasn't that busy. Had to do some mini projects which basically took most of my morning. Then every left for the party around 12:30 but I stayed for awhile because I had to talk to someone regarding a health benefit plan. Anyway, I didn't get to the holiday party till 1:30pm. My co-workers house was pretty nice and I found out that her husband build the house. Anyway, we had different types of dishes and everyone ate and chitchat with each other. Then the desserts came and surely my pumpkin cheesecake was a big hit !! Everyone enjoyed it and they can't believe that it was a no bake recipe. I got to remember to give the recipe to everyone who asked for it.

So the party ended about 4:30 pm. I was kinda having two thoughts of going to the gym because my colleague's house was near to my place. Since I didn't workout yesterday and I won't be working out tomorrow (due to another holiday party), I headed to the gym for some workout. It sure was a good decision as I felt good.

Hmm.. Clash of the Choirs on NBC.. seems very interesting. Its basically singers recruiting people from their home state and forming a choir. If they win (500,000 dollars), the money goes to their charity. And of course, Maria Menounos is the host. She is so beautiful and hot!! She might.. or better yet, will be the only reason why I would watch the show .

Alright, eight more days and its christmas. I don't really have plans for that day and I might just go to the city and spend christmas there. Yes, Im all alone and my family is too far away .
