Curry Pork Noodles

I didnt have to work today so I decided to do some much needed cooking. I made a Curry Pork Noodles. This meal is a mix of various asian taste. Here is the recipe...

Ingredients:
8 oz White Mushrooms, sliced
2 lbs pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 inch ginger, diced
5 garlic cloves, diced
1 medium size onion, sliced
2 tsp canola oil
1/4 lb fresh okra (or 8oz frozen okra)
12 oz spaghetti or angel hair noodles
2 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp lime juice
2 medium-sized plum tomatoes, diced

Preparation:
1. Cooked pasta as directed
2. Heat oil on a large skillet. Add in ginger, onion and garlic and saute for a minute or when garlic is browned. Add in garlic salt, curry powder and cubed pork and saute for 5 minutes or until pork is cooked.
3. Add in diced tomatoes and okra. Lower to medium heat and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the pasta and toss until everything is mix.
5. Serve while still hot!!
