1/8 - New Year + 7

Only seven days have past since the New Year begun (eight if you count the first) and I already feel exhausted. Geez!! I did catch up on all the snooze I missed before the end of 2008 and I have started my exercise plan again but still feel a bit tired . Anyway, Im sure I will get my energy back sooner.. if not later .

We had our first winter storm yesterday . Not much of snow but freezing rain and it sure was tough removing the ice sheets on my car window yesterday morning. I basically had my car running for almost 20 minutes before I could get rid of all the ice from my windows and icicles around my car. The side roads werent cleared but most of the main roads I take were cleared of ice. Not to mention that it started raining by the time I left my house. so I got to work all wet and soak. Grrr.. I sure wish it was summer already - ok ok.. spring will do . Today was mostly cloudy but the sun did come out once in awhile.. we did have some fluries tonight...

Work is going well. I have a big project this month and hopefully we could get this running before the end of the month. Other than that, there are just small projects here and there to get me out of the funk of just doing one thing that whole time.

So I went to the city last weekend for a friends bday that went wrong before even it begun. He was having his bday in the club in East 19th St. There sure was a long line when I got there and had to wait inline in the blistering cold with some friends who were already waiting. One of my friends got in already and told me that the place is really small and crowded. And it sure was when the birthday celebrant didnt even manage to get in even though he had a table reserve. Then the bouncers start announcing that the club is closed and everyone has to go somewhere else. That surely got a lot of boos and heckles from other clubgoers especially those who were on the various guestlist. I found out that club can't even fit a fourth of those on the guestlist. What a wack! They should have limited the guestlist especially to those birthday celebrant. Since I'm tired of waiting, me and my buddy decided to go home instead of trying to wait to see if they let us in. So now, thats another club that will be on my list of unrecommended places to go in the city .

Alrighty, time to rest up. Another day has ended, another day will begin. Till then..
